Appointment Scheduling

On behalf of the physicians and staff, we would like to welcome you to our practice. Our office is located at 800 west cummings park, suite 6550 in woburn. There is ample free parking available. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.

To schedule a routine office appointment, please call our front desk at 781-979-0661. If you are a new patient or have not visited us in more than two years you should plan on arriving 20-25 minutes before your appointment to complete or update your medical history. We ask that all patients bring photo identification, a copy of your insurance card, a list of your current medications and any pertinent medical records including lab/test results that would assist our physicians in treating you.

If you have an urgent or acute need, please call our office at 781-979-0661, we will make every effort to arrange for you to be seen on short notice. In most instances, you will be scheduled with one of our Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioner.

Please reserve after hours calls for urgent medical matters. The phone will be answered by the answering service which will forward your message to the provider on call; he/she will respond promptly.

Due to the nature of our practice, emergency surgical cases may cause the physicians to alter their schedules. We will do our best to see our patients as close to their appointment time as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding these circumstances. Should you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice in order to accommodate patients on a waitlist.
